About Us
Hi and welcome to our cheese fest.
First, let us introduce ourselves. Our names are Nick and Olympia and we love cheese 
We are always on the lookout for new cheese experiences and every Sunday, we have a cheese fest. That is to say a meal that revolves around our obsession where we sample our cheesy acquisitions, usually with a salad and bottle of wine.
This became such a regular thing that we started to forget what we had tried before and what we thought of it. Olympia started a cheese diary so that we could keep note. A couple of years and about fifty cheeses later and we decided to share our experiences with the world.
